TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Working hours and Period of Contract:
The Bar is open Monday to Saturday from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. Dancers are required to work 5 days per week. The term of the contract is minimum 3 months. The contract and the work visa could be extended up to two years.
HAVE FUN AND EARN MONEY DANCING
• Experience Required
Experience as a dancer at gentlemen’s clubs or some performance experience is a definite benefit but not essential for outstanding candidates.
Dancers are independent contractors. Dancers take what they earn from table and private dances paid for by the customers. The club is an upscale gentlemen's club which provide strippers with the opportunity to earn big money. The average dancer earns a net of Euro 5,000 - 10,000 monthly.
All fees / prices for dances below are shown in South African Rands (ZAR or R). The average exchange rate for USD is 1.00 USD = 7.00 ZAR. The average exchange rate for EUR is € 1.00 = R 10.00
Table-side dances on the main floor downstairs:
Downstairs table-side dances are charged at R200 ($28) for two songs.. Additional customers are charged at R50 ($7) per person. Extra songs are also charged at R50 ($7) per song per dancer.
Downstairs lap dances in private booths are charged at R250 ($35) for two songs (6 min) which the dancer is to pay the club R50 ($7). Customers are too keep their hands besides them and are not allowed to touch dancers.
VIP Lounge Private Dances (Platinum Lounge and Xtravaganza):
VIP Private Dances are charged at R750 ($107) per dancer per 15 minutes. No touching is allowed.
VIP Fantasy Dances are charged at R1000 ($143) per dancer per 15 minutes.
Per 15 minute dances the dancer is to pay the club R200 ($28).
Fantasy ‘touch’ Dance rules:
• Client may not remove their clothing. Pants must remain closed at all times.
• No sex is permitted in the club under any conditions.
• Dances are monitored by the security manager to guarantee the dancer’s safety. should any irregularities be found, the dm will be called to address immediately with the dancer and client concerned.
• Dancers are required to dance in the following Stage Shows:
Full Stage Dance:
Dancers perform at least one full stage dance rotation every night. A stage dance rotation consists of a 2 song dance on the main stage, a 2 song dance on the VIP mezzanine stage and a 2 song dance in the Platinum Lounge cage. Dancers must perform a striptease to their G strings during each of these two song dances. On average each song lasts two and a half to three minutes.
Fantasy dances are planned with the choreographer. On average each dancer will do one Fantasy show per week. Every dancer must have at least 2 themed fantasy outfits and fantasy dances using their own selection of music that is arranged with the choreographer and DJ. Fantasy shows are performed on the hour every hour. A Fantasy Show lasts 3 songs (approx. 10 minutes) and a dancer must strip completely by the end of her Fantasy Show.
-“Big Spender” Parade: This occurs at 11.00 pm every night; All dancers walk across the stage and then walk topless through the club.
-“Body Rockers”: All dancers are to appear either on the main stage (link), the VIP mezzanine stage(link), the Platinum Lounge cage(link), or the Xtravaganza stage(link) for the “One am” Parade every night. Only 8 dancers to appear in the VIP cage and 6 dancers on the VIP Mezzanine Stage and all the rest of the dancers must appear on the main stage or Xtravaganza stage.
The levies are R2000 ($286) per week to dance at the club, and R850 ($121) per week for accommodation. No house fee is charged. The dancer should arrive with enough money to enable her to pay for the basic living expenditures during her initial stay.
Dancers don't pay to agency commission.
The club will not tolerate drugs or illegal substances on its premises or the taking of drugs by any of the Club’s dancer’s or staff. Anyone caught with drugs on their possession or taking drugs in the Club will have their contract terminated immediately and be sent home. In addition, the club will not tolerate the use of drugs at anytime while a dancer is contracted with us. Dancers will be subject to random drug tests to ensure they are drug free.
The dancer arrives in Cape Town and our “accommodation house mother” collects her and brings her to the apartment complex, shows her around, gets her settled in and introduces her to the dancers in the accommodation, so she can feel at home as quickly as possible.
The housemother shows her around Cape Town and assists her with where to shop, SA mobile SIM cards and gives her a welcome pack with all the necessary details of Cape Town in it, so she has a guide and there are also some “gift vouchers” at Spa`s for the dancer to use. (She really does spoil them!)
THE CLUB PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT TEAM
To help you achieve your highest earning potential, the club have a resident choreographer who helps each dancer with her costumes and trains her in her dances, an English teacher to help the dancer converse fluently with customers, a stage manager, a costume supplier, and even a resident hairdresser.. If a dancer doesn’t have pole dancing experience, the club can also arrange pole dancing lessons in Cape Town.
Dancers are required to be dressed elegantly sexy at all times. The club has a resident hairdresser, choreographer and stage manager who assist the dancers with outfits and the entire look that the club requires. Long and short dresses and see-through are allowed on floor. Dancer's costumes and sexy lingerie are worn on stage. High heels and boots are allowed. Dancers are required to change outfits at least once during an evening. Each dancer needs at least two themed fantasy outfits.
The club provides accommodation for foreign dancers in a luxury apartment complex next door to the club in Cape Town. The accommodation is fully furnished to a high standard with all modern conveniences, and is highly secure.
The club and the apartment complex are situated in the centre of Cape Town with the main nightlife, parks, gyms, shopping areas and all amenities within easy walking distance.
The apartment complex provides fully furnished bedrooms, living rooms, two fully fitted kitchens, laundry facilities, cable TV, sound systems and Internet. Each room has a bar fridge and an electronic safe for each dancers valuables. A housekeeping service is provided to maintain the house standards.
The main dancers Roof top Club House leads out onto a roof top pool deck and outdoor tanning and recreational area. The outside area has an artificial grass area and expansive deck designed for them to be private and relaxing while they rest and enjoy the sunshine.
Access to the apartment complex is by thumb print and a security guard is present 24 hours a day in the reception lobby.
Two dancers stay per room at the rate of ZAR 850 ($121) per dancer per week.
Discounted meals are available for dancers wishing to dine at the restaurant in the club every evening.
The club does not sponsor or credit the purchase of airplane tickets for dancers travelling from Europe or Asia. Round-trip ticket cost an average of $ 1,200 to $ 1,400.
WORK PERMIT / WORK VISA
Foreign dancers and models work in South Africa legally, as per the provisions of Section 11(2) of the Immigration Act of the Republic of South Africa.
• The club will send you a relevant letter confirming your employment with the club
• You may book your flight. Upon arrival at the port of entry to South Africa, you will present the letter to the immigration officer, who will issue you with a permit allowing you to work, valid for between 30 and 90 days along with the required authorization to work.
• You may apply to extend your permit for a further 90 days. The club management will fully assist you and apply for the visa extension on your behalf, should you wish to extend your contract.
The dancers must prepare the following documents:
• Birth certificate, translated into English
• Certificate of clear criminal record
• Radiological report and Medical certificate, showing you are in good physical and mental health
• You should book a flight to South Africa and provide a copy of the reservation to the Consulate
